I just got back from Disney's "Love At Movies" concert. I do really impressed. At the intermission they show the audience 3 trailers of Disney new movies, one of them is Enchanted which I've posted already, the other one is Underdog.

Underdog is super cute! Imagine the superman became superdog! Honestly, if the movie's about human it wouldn't be anything interesting. But this! A Dog! A Totally Cute Dog! adapted from the hit tv cartoon series, same name.

A typical superheroes movies combined with animal movies, became Underdog! A story about a dog that accidentally got the supernatural chemicals or ray or something then it became a super hero!

This movie got a voice talent of Jason Lee, Brad Garett, and Amy Adams from Enchanted. And the acting talent of the newcomer Alex Neuberger and a soundtrack from the famous Jonas Brothers and Kyle Massey from Cory In The House.

Now in cinema for you guys! but for me on October 5th. All the links needed are in the side of the page.

High School Musical 2 : Gettin' Ready!

A third High School Musical movie, with the working title of High School Musical 3 has been announced for debut in movie theaters 2008. The original "Haunted High School Musical" idea was replaced according to Ashley Tisdale at the MTV Movie Awards.
This movie is the first Disney Channel Original Movie (DCOM) to have commercials shown on ABC.
The coaster of people doing the wave, at the opening scene in "What time is it" was started by the HSM cast/dancers and Kenny Ortega. Since all the cast/dancers were sore from dance rehearsals, they sat in a line on the floor and began to massage each-other. When Kenny saw this, he told them lean to the right (one by one in a wave), and so they did. Then he decided for them to try it standing up, and when they did so, he used it in the movie in during the opening song.

Miley Cyrus will show up in the movie as Hannah Montana, but it's a possible chance that it will be during the talent show

The real "East High" is like what it's like in the High School Musical ,all except for covering the real east high stuffs (such as the outside, supposed to say "Salt Lake City East High School") and the cafeteria not really having a red carpet (since it's too expensive for them to afford).

Water Horse : Legend Of The Deep

Have you ever heard of Scottish legend about the monster in a lake?
Will you ever think that the creature is harmless and friendly?

This movie based on the book from the author of Babe "The Water Horse" by Dick King-Smith. And this movie was created by Walden Media associated with Sony Pictures. Stars the new face, young Alex Etel and Emily Watson from Miss Potter.

The movie about one lonely boy who found a mysterious egg in the lake, after it haches it became the [umm I dunno what to call] The Nessie? A Dinosaur? A Dragon, in this case they called it Water Horse. It's also one of the campaign making people visit Scotland, clever business plan.

Not Final Poster

In cinema this Christmas... Many people said it pushed back Narnia and they don't really happy about that. So, What's wrong? This is interesting, too. and if you meant to boycott this movie, so you bailed on Walden and there will be no Narnia support if you don't support the maker of Narnia. I didn't try to start a fight or something but please, try understand.

The Spiderwick Chronicles

Now let's move on to the Nick side,

This new kids-flick called "The Spiderwick Chronicles". It based on Tony DiTelizzi & Holly Black's famous books series, same name. It's Nicklodeon Movie associated with Paramount Pictures I think it's the worth-waiting film! I love this series. The best part is, it's 5 books in 1 movie!

The Spiderwick Chronicles stars Freddie Highmore [The adaptation prince!] aka.
Charlie from "Charlie and the chocolate factory",
Arthur from "Arthur and the Invisibles",
and his late film, His Dark Material [Voice of Pantalaimon].
Surprisingly, in this movie he plays the twins, both Simon & Jared Grace.

Breaking News!

According to my friend, David, The scene HumuHumuNukuNukuApua'a in High School Musical 2 had been removed and inserted only in the extened edition DVD/Blu-Ray so, to all the Sharpettes out there, you guys have to wait until December 11th to see Sharpay performs as the Pineapple Princess. In the bonus section, "All New Music Scene"

And, also asian guys like me won't even have a chance to listen to that song because it's only bonus track of USA and Europe edition, Asian edition will be the Chinese Version of You are the music in me instead!. . .I don't speak chinese T^T

Added* You Are The Music In Me [Chinese version] will be only available for buying in Hong Kong, if in other Asian countries will be the song Gotta Go My Own Way from the same old Niki Gail.

How often do the good movies be able to combined Animation with Live-Action?
Honestly, I haven't seen one since Space Jam. Now Disney is doing one with an interesting plot and techniques

This is the new-creative-cute motion picture from Disney Pictures called Enchanted. The story about Princess Giselle who got thust to the present day in NYC be the Evil Queen. So, She knows that the fairy tales is not really exist in real life!

The movie stars Amy Adams from Cruel Intension 2, Patrick Dempsey from Grey's Anatomy and James Marden from Hairspray and X-Men.

This totally-can't-miss flick will be release on November 11th with soundtrack CD as usual [composed by Alan Menken (Pocahontus, Aladdin)] .

The Seeker : Dark Is Rising

I've read one of 5 books from a sequence called "The Dark Is Rising" written by Susan Cooper. I think it's very interesting, It could've been the Stephen King for Young Adults. I might be too old for these kinds of books but I couldn't help! It's my favorite kind of book [Young Adults Fiction].

Now This Year, one of these books had transformed into movie by Walden Media associate with 20th Century Fox. It's the second book of the sequence, The Dark Is Rising [confusing name], the Newbery Honor Book.

The story about Will, Will Stanton is a young man who finds out that he is the last of a group of warriors who have spent their lives fighting against evil. Will travels through time to track down clues that will enable him to confront the evil forces. [Wikipedia]

So if you are fan of sci-fi or fantasy, don't miss this movie. The movie is planned to be released on October 5th this year. Starring almost new face, Alexander Ludwig as Will Stanton. He's kinda cute [hehe] So not only the dark is rising, the star is rising too.

I'm trusting Walden on this one! Yay!

High School Musical 2 DVD Update

Thanks to Disney Star Mania,

The Disney's High School Musical 2 DVD advertisement was founded that they will make the Blu-Ray version too, Yay Me! to those Hi-Def fellows. And also the extended version of the movie. It'll be out on December 11th.

Don't forget to catch up HSM2 on Disney Channel August 17th [for me I have to wait 'til November 9th] and the CD soundtrack [which already leaked!] will be out on August 14th also the special-edition with DVD only at WalMart.
